Step 1

First we need to locate your Main record.

Use the form at the right to log in to your existing account. If you have more than one Pet*iD tag, any tag number will do.

Step 1: Log into your account.

Step 2: Enter in the id of the new tag

Step 3: Complete the new pet profile
